How do I rent the Clubhouse?
Contact the Clubhouse Manager who will assist you with the reservation date, collection of fees and arranging for key and alarm access. The manager’s name and phone number are located on the front page of the monthly newsletter –The View.

How do I replace a Clubhouse Pass or Bathroom Key?
There is a $25 charge for each item replaced. Contact the management company for details.

How do I get my Name in the Gate Directory?
If you are a new resident to the community, a fee was collected by the title company at your closing to pay for this service. Contact the management company. If you need to change gate information (name or home phone number), you will be charged $25. Please contact the management company for details.  If you are a new tenant, you may contact the management company for the same service at the same price.  You must have a wired phone at the property.

What services are provided by our Landscaping company ?
They mow, blow, trim, fertilize and provide lawn pest control for our yards and common areas. You may contract with them for additional services, should you need assistance with landscaping & sprinkler repairs.

What activities are available for community residents?
A variety of activities take place at the clubhouse including Investment Club, Bridge, Poker Night, Seminars, Holiday Parties, etc. All information is posted in the Monthly Newsletter. You may want to start a new activity for the community and we encourage you to do so! You can also access information about the community at www.waterviewreserve.com. (This site is not endorsed by the Waterview Townhomes Homeowners Association. It is maintained on a volunteer basis to provide information to community members.)

How do I obtain a complete copy of the official documents for our
community?
Contact the management company to purchase these documents at a nominal fee.

Does the Homeowner’s Association provide garage door openers for
residents?
Homeowners are responsible for the purchase and programming of garage door openers. Contact the management company to start the process.

What are the rules concerning Pets?
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside any home. Owners shall comply with all ordinances, statutes and laws enforced by any public agency relating to animals. Animals cannot be bred or maintained for any commercial purpose. Orange County Code Chapter 5 section 5.42 states, “The owner or keeper of every animal shall be responsible for the removal of any excreta deposited by an animal on public ways, recreation areas, or private property”.

How do I obtain a key to the mailbox?
Contact the post office at Turkey Lake (407-351-2492) for information about obtaining a key.

I am planning to be away from my home for more than 3 days. What do I need to do?
Please tell a trusted neighbor or friend you are leaving and how to contact you in case of an emergency. Also notify the Post Office to “hold” your mail until you return. If your mail cannot be placed in your mailbox at the clubhouse, it will be returned to the sender.
